A Live Relay pass is consumed after completed delivery. A Cloud pass is consumed when the entire encrypted upload completes, even if nobody downloads.
Use PhotonFile Desktop for the best resilience. Pro supports up to three concurrent file streams per transfer and has no fixed transfer-size cap with valid Additional usage billing.
