Plans, storage, and retention basics

Vault plans decide how much storage is included, whether Secure Inbox is available, and what happens as your storage grows.

Vault storage summary showing plan, included storage, current usage, and Secure Inbox availability.

Free Vault

Useful for trying Vault or keeping a small amount of encrypted data. Free storage has tighter limits and retention behavior.

Vault with Relay

Relay subscribers can use included Vault storage. Higher Relay plans include more Vault capability.

Vault Standalone

A dedicated Vault option for people who want encrypted storage and Secure Inbox without needing Relay.

What to watch

Beginner rule of thumb

Use Free Vault to learn. Use Vault with Relay when you already send live transfers and want storage too. Use Vault Standalone when your main job is secure storage or client intake.
